A US patrol crosses the Iranian border and discovers a huge gun emplacement built into the roof of an old farmhouse. Further recognisance reveals a cache of nuclear shells hidden at the rear of the building.
The patrol is discovered and massacred by the Iranians, but not before the commander gets off one last message to Head Quarters.
An incensed Supreme Leader of Iran puts out a decree condemning the incursion and charges the US President with blasphemy in the face of Allah. All terrorist groups are alerted world wide to abduct the US President, bring him back to Tehran, and put him on trial for his life.
The US President sees no other course but to launch a nuclear attack on Iran but decides to consult his allies before doing so. He sets up a meeting of world leaders in Sydney Australia to condone nuclear action by the US.
An active Australian terrorist organisation known as the Black Islamic Brigade (BIB), obtains information on the president's visit from a mysterious covert source, and devises a plan to capture the US President from under the noses of the Secret Service and Australian Federal police. Australia's top notch terrorist expert, Commander Roger Jansen, is brought in to counter the terrorist threat.
